Coaching from us gives you a professional relationship from someone that has competed at a very high standard, with a palmares to match along with a respectable reputation in most cycling disciplines. University educated in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning and Exercise Physiology.

You can gain extremely valuable knowledge in racing tactics, biomechanical positioning, training and racing nutritional advice to suit any diet. You also have access to sport specific gym-based conditioning from a qualified and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach in our own facility.

More often than not training for a sport that often requires a lot of time spent alone, suffering, can have an effect on your mental well being. We can help you visualise and correct your mindset so that your physical performance isn’t just on top form but your mental health is the best it can be. You can have the strongest body in the world but if the mind doesn’t match the body’s strength then you will fail. If your mind is stronger than your body, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
